To streamline our quote process, we would like to have the quotation we do in the module to be automatically saved as a PDF when the sales team is doing one of the following:

-Export the quote as PDF

-Send by Email to the contact

For our quotes we usually have an account and we have a Zoho Workdrive where we store all relevant documents.

We would like the exported PDF or the one attached to the email to be automatically saved in the Zoho WorkDrive of the account linked to the quote.

Is it possible to do so?
