What the other CRM did was allow me to email the customer/potential/lead/whatever from the potential/lead/whatever in the CRM (and therefore archive ALL correspondence) and the CRM added a tracking code somewhere in the mail message so that when the customer replied, that email was routed into the specific deal/opportunity/potential/whatever.

Does Zoho work that way?  I use Google Apps/Gmail, and do not see the same functionality here.  I see integrations between GMail and Zoho in terms of seeing and sending mail, but how do I get specific potential/lead integration so that if a customer asks for information, I see what everyone has been saying to that customer all sorted into the specific potential/lead/whatever?
