I was wondering does anybody know if I can do the following, and if so, how?..

I would like to be able to update a contact's custom field "Interested in -Product-" so that once a contact within a company (Account) has definitively been closed as an opportunity - or filtered out as not interested - all other contact names within that Account are updated automatically.  So one colleague's "not interested" automatically updates the custom field to show "not interested" for all other contacts in that company and means I avoid contacting different contacts in the same organisation where this will be a waste of time.

Any ideas?  I have taken a look macros but not found any obvious way to do this.
