We load our leads into Zoho CRM, use the synch function to connect to Zoho Campaigns which we use to send email marketing campaigns out to the leads.

The campaign activity (e.g. opened email, clicked thru, etc) are automatically reflected in CRM but we would like to automate the action of converting a Lead to a Contact and creating a Deal set at stage "Opened Email" whenever a recipient opens an email.

Haven't been able to find information on how to do this or figure out how to do it on my own (yet).

Any suggestions or guidance?
