Automating CRM backup storage?

Hi there,

We've recently set up automatic backups for our Zoho CRM account. We were hoping that the backup functionality would not require any manual work on our end, but it seems that we are always required to download the backups ourselves, store them, and maintain them.

Does CRM offer any backup maintence? Ideally, we would like to schedule the back ups and then have them auto-download somewhere. Having to download them and store them manually is slightly annoying.

Moderation update: Automated Backup is now available in beta! The feature has been enabled for everyone who has commented on this post. If you do not see Zoho WorkDrive as an option under Cloud Storage, please follow these steps:

Go to Setup → Data Administration → Storage → File Storage

From there, initiate the migration to Zoho WorkDrive. Once the migration is complete, you will be able to select Zoho WorkDrive as the cloud destination for your backups.

Note: If you have purchased additional CRM storage, please contact our support team. You will need to migrate your storage to Zoho WorkDrive before it can be selected as the cloud destination for automated backups.
