I need some help thinking through a solution and using the proper tools available through ZoHo.
Our product is an annual subscription that an organization buys. We'd like to automate subscription expiration emails to go out to customers to remind them to renew before expiration. Right now, the expiration date is within the Deal/Pipeline record. Sometimes there's multiple contacts associated with an Account, but we always have a Primary contact noted.
Is there a way to create automated emails using a Field in the Deal area, or is there a way to automate adding the expiration date back to the contact record once the deal closes and then use that data field for the emails?
