I use Zoho CRM. We run a service where customers pay up front on our website through a payment gateway.
At present we automate a workflow where an e-mail template skinned as an invoice is automatically sent to the customers the minute they pay us online and the web-lead form goes through.
Is there a way we can automate a process with Invoices where, on stage change, a proper Invoice is sent out and also a purchase invoice is sent to our vendor?
