A large percentage of our sales are not one time sales (similar to residual). Example: A sale potential is won lets say for a $100. This now $100 will now be expected to pay out every month for say the next 12 months. Is there a way that we can once completing a Potential as Won automatically complete Won Potentials for that client for "nn" number of months or to a date entered by the user?
One way I was thinking is to create a new Stage status called "Completed Won - Monthly". Then create a process that identifies that Potential state status and forecasts out Potentials with the status of "Completed Won" for 12 months. The problem I ran into was how do I automate this?
Can someone help and or advise me please?
