Automating Weekend Reports
I am looking for a way to have a report run on Monday that show me the tickets (records) created on Saturday and Sunday. I can do it manually by selecting the Create Date field and inputing the dates, but I would like the report automated and delivered to me Monday morning. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
