Automation

I am evaluating ZOHOVO for a hosted Email service. I like what I saw, but there are a few more things I need. I found the backup, but I need a way to script it, is the an API that I can use for this? I also will ne a way to bulk import users and have some sort of template applied for each one. I'm guessing this is a feature request, but I can't be the only one that wants these features.
