We tried automation in CASES. While one case automation is working clearly; the second one is not working properly.

When executed, the email displays the Vendor name as ${Lookup:Vendor Name.Vendor Name.

all other details of Vendor are taken from the system correctly.

Kindly resolve on priority. We have to go LIVE from Monday.
