Automation - Do not see lead email fields to include in workflow.

I am trying to setup rules in professional edition. I need to create a workflow using standard email field on the leads object. When I try to create workflow I am not getting lead fields in the ' Person's associated to the lead'. Is there a limitation with the professional edition?

I will appreciate help of the community.
