Dear support,
I set up an alert email to be sent when a task meets its due date.
The automation seemed to work at first with a couple of test tasks but now it doesnt work with all the previous created tasks.
The rule has already the criteria of "
Execute workflow whenever the criteria is met" and "
Executes the Workflow Rule when a new record is
created
OR an existing record is
edited
."
I already check and the rule seems to be active. There is no problem with the email template.
Please help with this problem is of the highest important for our business.
