Can you tell me what time of day an automated Alert is emailed?

I'd like to schedule the automation to send the alert at a specific time of day.

Also, I would like to send different Alerts to different Contact Roles in a Potential.

Right now I seem to only be able to send alerts to the Contact to Deal with on a Potential, and not the other members (not in my company, but that are associated)
