we are running webinars regularly to generate leads for our services.

Being new to zoho we are trying to get up to speed as fast as possible.

I would like to
.: register attendees through a web-form
.: send an immediate confirmation upon registration
.: send a number of reminders (48, 24, 2 hrs) prior to the event
.: assign attendees to a follow-up campaign

What are the right steps to accomplish this?

Is a Webinar an event?
Can a visitor register as attendee to an event through a webform?
Can the event act as trigger for automation rules?
Can I send emails prior to an event through automation rules?
