I use the zoho for b2c. My workflow is:

1) Mailchimp list subscription

2) Add subscriber in Zoho Leads (manual)

3) I convert Zoho Leads to Zoho Potencials  and Contacts (manual)

4) I create a task (automatically in zoho workflow)

5) Sales force call to potencial (manual)

I´d like to automation the steps 2 and 3. It´s possible?
