Hello,
I notice that emails sent via an autoresponse trigger (eg. a webform) are not included in the Contact's email history. Will this be fixed in Zoho CRM?
Also, is there a way to send a time-based 2nd automated email?
eg. Contact fills out a form and receives an autmated email immediately. 1 day later they receive a 2nd email with a special offer.
Can this be done?
