I have a question.

Is it possible to make a rule to send automatically, for example 1 day before, an email to customer to remind them their appointment? In the email Template, I would like, for sure, the customer name and the appointment date and time is automatically added.

Also, I’m curious to know if it’s possible to send text message on mobile phone. I guessed in this case, we need a client that allow to send text message via internet but... I’m curious to know if it has already been done
