Available Field List -Grayed out, cannot move field names
I am working on "edit page layouts: Accounts" and trying to move newly created fields to the selected field list. The available field list is "grayed out" and I cannot move anything.
Is there a separate editing area to do this? Please advise on how to make this work. Thanks.
