Available in Free and Basic Plans: Meet your clients online with Zoho Bookings

Hope you are safe and taking good care of yourselves.

Since many of our customers need to avoid in-person meetings and do it online, we're opening up our Zoho Booking - Zoho Meeting integration to all. That means, it will be available in all our pricing plans including the Free plan. This is an offer that will be open until July 1st.

Originally part of our premium plan, this integration lets you connect Bookings with Zoho Meeting so that when someone schedules an appointment with you, an online meeting is automatically created.

A link to join the meeting will show up in the appointment confirmation, the summary, and the email notifications you've set up. With this integration in place, you can meet with one client at a time online.

Using Zoho Meeting from inside Zoho Bookings adds to the convenience you already enjoy.

1. There is no need to have an email or phone call about the best time to meet. People can check your calendar, book a slot and the online meeting link will be emailed to both parties.

2. If it is a meeting that you charge for, you can collect the payment via Bookings

3. No need of separate log-ins to your appointment scheduler and meetings app

4. Customizable emails - if you have instructions to pass on before the meeting or do a follow-up after the meeting, you can use our notification emails along with custom functions

How to set up online meetings for your appointments

Step 1: Integrate
Click the Settings icon > Integrations >
Other and choose Enable Zoho Meeting.
In the pop-up that appears, click Accept
Step 2: Enable online meetings for your services
Click Settings > Services > and select a service.
On the right side panel, toggle the switch that says Create online meeting
