avoid senders from locking out my account

My mailbox dalva.marchiori@certdigital.net.br being attacked by virus..

the sender contato@semprevidacorretora.com.br is sending a lot of mails automatically.

and it is blocking my account. And i cannot unlock him.

how do i avoid this?
