AWS Cognito identity for auth user pools

AWS Cognito identity for auth user pools

Hello, 
I wish to get access to AWS FSX Windows File server using my zoho corporate email credentials. 
This can be done by creating user identity pools using AWS Cognito. 
I am stuck at first step of selecting authentication access type & I am given few choices as shown in the screenshot. 
  1. Amazon Cognito
  2. Facebook
  3. Gooogle
  4. Apple 
  5. Amazon
  6. Twitter
  7. OIDC (Open ID connect)
  8. SAML 
  9. Custom developer provider. 
Which one of the auth method I should choose for my zoho email id employee access? (Please refer to the screenshot)
