AWS Connect and Zoho CRM Call Quality Issues

AWS Connect and Zoho CRM are integrated and around 2 weeks our call quality became very poor.  The calls were either extremely scratch, to the point the person on the other end couldn't hear us or there was a 5-6 second delay in the other person being able to hear us.  After 15-20 seconds, the call quality or delay improved and the other person had no issues in hearing us.  We looked at our network, which was fine, and even migrated to different servers in AWS, but there was no improvement.

We stumbled on a temporary fix which was to log into Zoho, connect the bridge to AWS Connect, then sign out and close AWS Connect.  However, since Zoho doesn't have a dial pad and have also found that it's more difficult to answer phones and quite a few are missed, this fix isn't sustainable.   Any suggestions on what the original issue is and a fix to get back to using both AWS Connect and Zoho together, with the bridge as intended.   We use the latest version of Chrome, if that's any help.
