New to zoho here and just trying to get set up and wrap my head around the system.

We sell 95% B2B but the occasional B2C. In other words, in most times, we have an account with a contact.

How can we utilize the system to also include the occasional direct sale to an individual? Any tips for this hybrid scenario? We'd like to set it up properly before starting to add all the data. Thanks!
