I got rid of accounts as suggested but then you cannot invoice etc as you have no address data. I reinstated accounts only to find that we have to double enter address info. You cannot carry contact address to account address. It has been quite frustrating. Plus and heres the thing on the iphone app you cannot even convert a lead to potential etc?
I think that b2c really need to be thought about differently in the whole setup
