B2C Additional Requirements

Hi Guys,

Firstly thanks for the GREAT work on the product, I have been tracking it for approx 12 months and it has come along brilliantly. Firstly, I used to work in the Software industry and understand product management and the application of products to business needs.

I finally have a use for ZOHO CRM in a true B2C environment, selling online to consumers. The way I am using the system is as follows:
1. Leads [periodic import from AWEBER; weekly] - due to limitation on number of emails per day
2. Leads are converted to contacts based upon interaction with leads
3. I use the products function and different price books
4. I use the invoicing funtion

My issues are centered around the invoice function and passing of data:
1. The invoice does not auto populate the address fields based on the contact
2. Is there a way to link a contact with a price book, so the price book doesn't have to be selected for each invoice line
3. There is no way to add custom fields at a line level to an invoice
4. The date on the invoice does not autopopulate to "today's" date

If I have been ignorant in my testing please let me know. I look forward to your reply
