B2C and B2B Deals within one setup?

B2C and B2B Deals within one setup?

Hi there,

I'm currently in the process of setting up Zoho CRM for what we are doing, we effectively have three lines of product:

1) Trade Services - This is a set of services we sell to companies only - B2B
2) Event Services - This is for managing events for both consumers and companies - both B2B and B2C
3) Consumer Services - We sell products to consumers also, primarily 2 different services

Leads are collected from a number of different sources, for example emailing, web forms on our website, business directories, etc..

What I am trying to get my head around is how to setup the CRM when we are collecting very different information, depending on what the person is interested in. For example with the consumer services, we will have a set of qualification questions.. Then for our trade services, we would have an entirely separate set of qualification questions, then for our event services, again, an entirely different set of qualification questions.

Any advice on how we could set this up would be much appreciated, currently I have 2 ideas:

1) Multiple CRM setups. One for the B2B side, another for the B2C.
2) One CRM setup with 1 lead capture form, with the required details that's across all 3 types of service at the top, then an optional section for consumer services qualification, an optional section for trade services, and another optional section for event services..

I'm just a bit concerned that option 2 leads to a very confusing system, and that long term we'll be setting ourselves up for disaster.

Thanks in advance for your help!
