B2C lead to contact conversion doesn't associate potential

Hello,

Newish to zoho crm and liking it so far.

Trying to work out a kink in converting leads to contacts. The created potentials don't seem to associate with the contacts.

I can open up the potential after its created and use the lookup field to plug in a contact easy enough. But it doesn't pull through automatically.

Just curious if anyone else is running into this or if there is already a known workaround.
