Back button not working - keeps switching views grrrrrr frustrating!

Back button not working - keeps switching views grrrrrr frustrating!

Hoping someone can help as this is driving me insane!  When I am in a region (view) in the Accounts tab, when finished with an account I hit the back button and I am taken to a completely different view (not the one I was in before clicking into an account. HELP PLEASE!  Also does the same thing when I hit the browser back buttonl
