Back up

Hi

My question is related to IMAP setting that i have in Live mail client.

a) Sometimes the Live mail does compacting of all the folders and in the process sometimes many mails get deleted. This will automatically delete on the Zoho Server also. How can one retrieve these lost mails.

b) Is there an option for a scheduled back up in the Zoho server or is a manual option available.
