We are currently using the free version of zoho crm (we are/will be using paid versions of zoho expenses and zoho people)
The comparison page for the versions says that the free versions doesn't have back ups, where as standard has 2 per month. What does a backup mean in this sense?
Does this mean that the data in the free version of zoho crm may be lost and be non-recoverable given that is not explicitly backed up, or does this mean something else?
