BACKUP: Not able to find option to restore older version of website or specific page

On my site, I had also purchased the 'Business' Add-On. I was under the impression that this add-on enhances the option to keep old page versions.

However, when I click on 'Page Options' - 'Page Versions', there are only a few page instances to choose from and they are only of the current day. Therefore, I am not able to restore the page to a good version - before the page was messed up.

Prior to the website becoming 'messed up', I had also performed a ZIP backup. However, it appears from Forum comments that there is not way to restore a ZIP in whole, and that the ZIP file can only be reference to restore individual parts manually.

Could you please help me figure out if it is possible to restore the website as of 3/2/17?
