I have tried many different accounts, some with parent units, some without
i have tried different browsers
when you activate the account search, it clearly is a javascrpit error because the window does not close
nothing else

The screenshot I sent you earlier is the error. It does not give you a scripting error because if you do not put the java code in to close it, the window will not close. This is not classified as an error in Java. Submit the ticket, stop asking me stupid questions, and give me the tracking number. I have spent too much time dealing with you for such a simple request.
