I've really liked using Zoho Books and other Zoho apps since starting my own consulting business 2 years ago. But I don't see how I can continue to use it though when the most fundamental and critical functionality of any accounting software - banking integration - does not work as it should and an actual resolution appears to be nowhere in site based on all of my interactions with support and reading this forum. 

My Capital One bank feed has not worked since January - that's 8 full months!! The support team has provided zero guidance other than the same basic "fixes" that have never worked. I have begrudgingly had to manually import these transactions this entire time. Then recently the Capital One feed was supposedly fixed, I was advised to update my credentials and refresh the feed. I've been through those steps numerous times and the feed still doesn't work. I even get a confirmation email from Capital One each time I try again advising that my account is connected to Zoho.

But now my Bank of America account feed is not working either. When I refresh the feed it appears to work as expected - the Activity Log even shows that it was refreshed. But not a single transaction from my Bank of America account has been updated in Zoho in 3 weeks now. 

Can anyone from Zoho tell me if I should expect a different result with this problem? Is this a new known issue that is "being worked"?
