Bank feeds broken again.

Bank feeds broken again.

Not for the first time my bank feeds are broken, they appear to be connected but no transactions are coming through since 31st Jan. 

I have contacted support and await a reply.

Anyone else have the same issue? I feel the route cause needs addressing....
