Bank Transfer Payment Problem

I'm very disapointed about the reactivity of Zoho Payment Team...

We have been ZOHO customers for over a year now. We always had payed by CC during these 12 months. One month ago we decided to pay by Bank Transfer for the whole year 2011. We did what takes to pay - the bank transfer was correctly done. But what happenned is that all our users accounts had been disabled due to some reason we have no clue about. We have contacted Zoho Support, exchanged some mails for about a week. Then I was told that our case had been transfered to the Payment Team, and that they would contact us as soon as they get the request. It's been 3 days now that I've been sending mails but without any response from them. Is that how it goes with customers ? We have a business that's handicapped by the fault of that lack of reactivity. Can Zoho customers realy rely on Zoho support teams ? We have payed, so how come we don't have what we payed for ?
