We have problems with our HSBC feeds (UK bank) since January.
The issue is that any non-GBP transactions from credit cards wouldn’t get through. Only transaction fees would.
So for example, there was a 24.99 USD charge on a card, which got exchanged for £18.45 with £0.55 fee.
Only the fee made it to Zoho. No sign of the actual payment.
And as for today - 4th March - the main HSBC feed stopped working. There are 6 transactions in our main bank, but nothing in Zoho. I tried to refresh feeds and also deactivate and activate, but still no transactions for today.
Contacting Zoho support (ticket no. 75683973) didn't help. They said they have reached to Token provider but no resolution so far.
This is of course extremely inconvenient for our business.
