We are
using the Analytics section in Zoho CRM (not Zoho Analytics).
We created
two bar charts using a workaround with LinkMatch: each time we send a message
to a lead/contact on LinkedIn (not on Sales Navigator but the “normal” LinkedIn”),
a new note is automatically generated. Since each note represents a LinkedIn
message, this KPI helps us track sales activity.
These are the two charts:

We have a
few questions:
- Why is the Y-axis scaling
different between the two bar charts? Is there a way to manually adjust
the scaling?
- Can the bar colors be manually
customized?
- Just to confirm: Does
"Count of Unique Leads/Contacts" mean that each lead/contact is
counted only once per day, even if multiple notes are recorded?
- Is there a possibility to add
emails to the same charts as well, ideally in the form of a stacked bar
chart (we already have our email accounts connected)?
