Basic problems with Zoho mail and CRM which take too much time to solve.

Hi Zoho team,

I really like the whole package, but 
  • The bounce mails: why can't you gather these e-mails somewhere and let us know that you'll block the e-mail service if we receive 10 of these. I've lost two entire days at work, trying to figure out what the problem was.
  • Why does the text formatting in Zoho e-mail change? I really don't know why, but the text formatting keeps changing while I write E-mails and I have to choose the right size and the right font over and over again.
  • The reason why I chose Zoho, was because of the integration of Zoho E-mail with the CRM. The results are: I use both separately. Maybe I'm not really trying hard enough...
