Hi,

I am a new Zoho CRM user and I'm trying to get acclimated.  I am scheduled to participate in the CRM overview this afternoon.  However, I would like to know about a few basic tasks I'm trying to do:

 - How to: Create a template outbound email for account and lead contacts with my company signature

 - How to: Capture previous inbound and outbound emails sent via MS Outlook or Gmail.

Please advise.  Thank you.
