A required system up-date that should be available is the following:

When using a data base list such as “Leads”, and for example, you have 5000 Leads in the list.

I would like to be able to do a few things with the list for speed.

1.       I would like to be able to show more than 100 Leads per page.

In fact I would like to be able to show the whole list and be able to scroll up and down to any Lead number.

2.       At the bottom right of each page as it is currently configured, you only have one choice, either click the pages down by 1 or up by 1. You should have this configuration: Page 1|<< 100 >>| this would allow a user to arrow over one page at a time, left or right. Or, arrow to the end, or to the beginning just like many other systems have.

3.       On a slightly different topic , when you are using the bulk mail feature using the above list what currently happens is the following: You go down the (again limited page length ) checking the boxes of the Leads that you want to bulk mail. Ok so far, then you select the template to bulk send and hit “mail” again ok so far. Then the system cooks for a while when sending each email, again ok so far. Then here is the problem, as soon as the Bulk email is finished the system comes back with a box and displays; for example, “50 of 50 emails sent successfully” if you do not have your eyes glued to the screen the box quickly closes and you may miss the event. We should be able to leave the box open as long as we want then click the little small “x” off to close the box.
