We have recently started to use the BCC Drop Box which has been useful.  I do however have some questions.

1) If I have BCC'd Drop box it attaches no problem to the appropriate contact.  If someone sends a response to that email the only way I can see of attaching this email is to save as a web page and attached it via the Attachment section which is not useful at all.  

Am I missing something?

2) If the above is not possible is this on a future roadmap?
