BCC Dropbox and Accounts
The BCC Dropbox is very useful with Leads and Contacts. Our primary data entry is with Accounts.
Can you please set up the ability to edit the 'Search Pattern' to includde the ability to search for email addresses in Accounts as well as contacts and Leads?
Is this possible or is this out of the question? If it is not possible can you please explain why.
