BCC Dropbox - Doesn't add emails to existing contacts or leads
Good morning,
We are facing a bit of an issue, where BCC Dropbox doesn't associate emails to exisitng contacts or leads. Instead it automatically creates a new lead / contact depending on the user's setting and associates the emails with the new entry.
Has anyone else got the same issue? I have checked the BCC Dropbox setting for the users concerned, and it should search for an existing contact or lead, but doesn't seem to do it at all.
