Would it be possible to add a feature whereby I could send an email to BCC dropbox (without sending to a customer) and have whatever email I send be associated to a record based?
For example: I have a document attached to an email that is related to a customer (contact) and I want to attach the document (or email) to the contact record without actually emailing the contact. I email BCC dropbox and, based on the email address and module type specified in, for example, the body or subject line of the email (in a particular syntax), the email is attached to the correct record?
