BCC Dropbox not working

BCC Dropbox not working

The BCC Dropbox does not appear to be working.  I have tried sending an e-mail to an existing Lead as well as a Lead that does not exist [hoping this would create a new lead].  Neither worked.
 
E-mail was not returned undeliverable, it just never showed up in Zoho.  I do not have the paid mail add-on, but it's my understanding this was not required for the BCC Dropbox feature.
 
I am a new user and have never had it work successfully, so there is a chance of user error, but I think I have double-checked everything.
