BCC Dropbox Not Working

Hello,
We are on the Enterprise Edition and the BCC Dropbox used to work fine but now it is not working for me and my team members.  We've double checked the Admin and the BCC e-mail has not changed, but when we use that BCC e-mail to one of our Zoho contacts it does not save the e-mail in ZohoCRM.
