BCC Dropbox not working

BCC Dropbox not working

I'm setting up all our sales team on Zoho CRM and the BCC Dropbox feature is not working.
I tested a couple of e-mails, both sent from my Outlook and Web and it does nothing
It does not tie it to an existing lead, and it does not create a new lead when there isn't one already present. 
It simply never shows up in Zoho.
We use google apps for our e-mail

I ttried regenerating the adress and nothing

Help please!
