BCC Dropbox Only Occasionally Works

Hello,

I seem to be the only person on my team having serious issues with the BCC dropbox function. 
The bcc address is always entered correctly and I've followed all the steps to make sure it works, yet I continue to run into issues. 
The emails I have sent are simply not showing up in my CRM. Maybe one out of every 20 is correctly synced. This is extremely frustrating and hindering my ability to work efficiently.
