BCC Dropbox options missing

BCC Dropbox options missing

I have a professional licensee for my firm. i am personally set up fine with BCC, but can no longer find any of the pages/screens related to it and nor can my new team members generate their BCC codes.

There are no email settings for any of our users. I have followed the current help guide - which details the system I thought we had. 

Regenerate BCC Dropbox Email Address

To regenerate BCC Dropbox email address

  1. Click Setup > Personal Settings > Email Settings >  BCC  Dropbox.
  2. In the BCC Dropbox page, click the Regenerate link.
    The new unique email address will be generated.

Please advise / help.
